Stress-free books. A business you understand.

A website plan for CP Accounting Solutions. The goal is for a small-business owner who's tired of guessing at their numbers to find Cheryl, relax a little, and book the discovery call.

01 · What I heard

Before I priced anything, here's what you told me.

If I got any of this wrong, let me know and we can modify the plan.

The business
A bookkeeping practice. You came up through corporate accounting and went out on your own for the independence, so you could work a more personal way with clients.
Who you're adding
More small businesses and startups. Owners who are good at what they do and don't want to become accountants to run it.
How you help
Setting up payroll and taxes so the business is structured right from the start, then helping owners understand their own business.
You, by nature
Creative and analytical. That's not a common pairing in this field, and the site should show it.
The problem
The current site isn't bringing in leads, and it doesn't say what the business really is.
The feeling
Stress-free. Relaxing. Soft. Someone reading it should feel a little lighter than when they arrived.
Where
Grow the local client base without being boxed in by it. You already work with clients well beyond Cumming. That doesn't need to be the headline.

Nobody goes looking for a bookkeeper. They go looking for relief from the receipts, the payroll questions, and not knowing whether the business is actually doing well. The strategy, in one sentence

That's why your personal approach is more than a nice extra. It's the reason someone picks you over a bigger firm or an app. Most bookkeeping sites read like a list of software logos. Yours will read like a person who's good with numbers and easy to talk to. Right now your name and face aren't anywhere on the site, so putting you on the page is the first and biggest fix.

03 · The SEO tier, concretely

What "24 search pages" actually means.

You said the site isn't bringing in leads. A five-page site can only show up for a handful of searches. Google sends people to the page that answers the exact question they typed: how much does a bookkeeper cost, how do I set up payroll, do I need an accountant or a bookkeeper. Each page below answers one of those questions. Real page addresses, not filler:

Where you work: 6 pages

Enough to anchor you in Forsyth County and the towns around it. Each one is written for that place, not the same page with the town name swapped. I've kept this group small on purpose, since you want local growth without being boxed in by it.

cpaccountingsolutionsllc.com/bookkeeping/suwanee-ga
cpaccountingsolutionsllc.com/bookkeeping/buford-ga
cpaccountingsolutionsllc.com/bookkeeping/forsyth-county

Who you help: 8 pages

One page per service or situation. None of these is tied to a town, so the same page can bring in a startup in Cumming or an owner three states away. That's how the site grows past local without making a point of it.

What they're figuring out: 10 pages

The questions owners research before they call anyone. Helping clients understand their business is a big part of what you do, and these pages let people see it before they've met you. Answering them honestly is how you become the one they call.

I write all 24 pages. You review them and fix anything that doesn't sound like you or isn't how you'd explain it. That review matters more here than in most businesses, because several guides touch payroll and taxes. The bookkeeper vs. accountant vs. CPA guide depends on how you describe your own background, so I'll write that one after we talk.

04 · Straight answers

Three things I'd rather say now than after you've paid.

Your current site is costing you trust before anyone calls

Right now the pricing page says it's under construction, the service tiers on the homepage show $0.00, and the Meet the Team page doesn't have anyone on it. Each of these is easy to fix. But someone deciding who to trust with their finances will see an unfinished site and move on to the next result. The new site fixes all three at every tier.

Your Google Business Profile will probably beat your website in year one

For "bookkeeper near me," the map results sit above everything else. The profile is free, and I set it up at every tier. Reviews are what move it, so ask every happy client for one. In the first six months, that habit will do more for you than anything you spend with me.

SEO takes a season, not a week

Expect three to six months before those 24 pages meaningfully move. I'm not going to promise you rankings, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. What I will promise is that the pages are technically clean, genuinely useful, and pointed at real searches.

05 · After launch

The care plan.

$250Per month

First 30 days after launch are included. Month to month: cancel any time, and the site is yours regardless.

The honest case for this: you'll be able to edit your own pages, but hosting, security, and backups still need someone watching them, and that isn't worth learning just to say you can. If you'd rather handle it yourself, I'll hand off everything you need and you can skip the plan. Hosting on your own runs about $20 a month. Either way, the new site replaces your Squarespace subscription.

06 · Timeline

Four weeks, for the recommended option.

Week 1Discovery and design. A working session on your story, how you work, and who you want more of, plus gathering photos. You choose between three visual directions, then I design the homepage and one interior page in full. You approve the look before I build anything, so there are no surprises at the end.
Week 2Build and search pages. Core pages built out, booking and contact wired to your email and phone, client portal linked, Google Business Profile claimed and verified, and all 24 search pages written for you to review in one batch.
Week 3Search-page review and refinements. You review the 24 search pages in one batch, and I refine the language so every page sounds like you and says what you mean.
Week 4Revisions, training, launch. Your final edits and a walkthrough on editing your own pages. Then we point your domain at the new site, go live, and submit to Google.

Payment is split in half: 50% to start, 50% the day it launches. The Foundation option runs about three weeks. Custom Workflows gets its own timeline once we've scoped it together.

07 · What I need from you

Six things, and only the first two are urgent.

08 · My recommendation

Where I'd put your money.

Found on Google: $5,200, plus the care plan.

The Foundation alone fixes the first impression and gives you a site you'd be proud to send someone to. But it won't bring you anyone new, and bringing in new small-business clients is the problem you described. The 24 pages are where those leads come from, and they keep working. A guide written now is still answering questions for you in three years, and none of the service or guide pages care where the reader lives.

Leave Custom Workflows for later. Once the site is live and doing its job, we can talk through what's still eating your time in separate software, and scope something built specifically for it. The build is structured so it slots in without redoing anything.
